In the light of the constantly evolving situation we will endeavor to ensure our office is operational as far as possible, making sure that everyone's health is considered.
If the office has to close, our staff will be working remotely and will be able to receive and reply to emails forwarded to info@robertholder.wales or via this website. Telephones will be diverted to our staff mobiles and messages left will be actioned appropriately.
However please note the following:
Maintenance - We will only ask our contractors to attend for URGENT maintenance issues. If you suspect you or another
occupant have contracted, or have been exposed to the Coronavirus, you must notify us when you report the maintenance issue.
Our contractors are likely to want to assess the situation over the phone and where possible we ask you to provide relevant pictures. Our
contractors may reserve the right not to enter, or request that any occupants absent themselves from the area where there is the issue whilst they are on site.
Viewings - Due Government Regulations as from the 24 th of March we are unable to deal with the public on a Face to Face basis and Our Office at 14 High Street Newbridge ( next to Greggs) is now closed until further notice.However our Rental Clients can pay their
Rent or Report a problem by ringing 01495 244996 between 9.15am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday .
To all Prospective Clients we are now unable to carry out any Viewings,Valuations and Surveys until the Government Ban has been
Lifted .However all enquires are recorded and will be dealt with once we are able to do so.
