At Robert Holder we offer everything that you would expect to receive from an estate agent, but with two different ways to pay.

Our 'Fixed Fee' package provides all of the outstanding service  you would normally get but instead of paying on completion, you pay an upfront listing fee of £895.00.(Total Cost) with NOTHING TO PAY on completion.

Our 'Traditional Service' No Sell, No Fee option, means you pay just 1.00% subject to the minimum fee of £1500.00(Total Cost)* of the final selling price of the property on completion.

(*Subject to a minimum fee)

If you choose the 'Fixed Package', you can upgrade at any time to the 'Full Package' and money already paid will be deducted from the final fee.
